Account Recovery When WordPress never sent an activation email

  I am trying to recover an account I created with my school email address. I did not receive an activation email from WordPress and cannot use the recovery form. I keep getting sent in circles trying to find someone who can help me. I cannot log in as it says the account is closed. The recovery form wants information I was never sent. I need help and I don’t know what to do. If the verification email can just be resent to my school email address, I can provide the needed information on the recovery form. I tried to have it resent using a field on the support page, but it wouldn’t process. Please help!
