Account Recovery without access to email

  I am trying to recover a different WordPress account but I am unable to use the account recovery form because I don’t have any of the three types of proof they require.

  I was trying to log in to the other account to change the email address in the account settings to my current email address, but I can’t remember the password. The original email account used to create the WordPress blog has since been disabled, so I cannot access that to find the original activation key or to reset the password.

  I can’t find any other way to contact WordPress customer support so I can get access to this account. Can anyone help?
