Account Recovery Without Activation Code

  I no longer have access to the email associated with my website as it is an email administered from my high school that’s since been deactivated. I would like to transfer adminstrative access for this website to my personal email so I can turn it into a college portfolio. Since I do not have access to my old email, I cannot find an activation code. I also never made any purchases for this site in high school or set up two-factor authentication, so I cannot provide a transaction or authentication code either. Below is an attachment of my high school Gmail when I try to log in to find an activation URL. Is there any way to still access this account?
