Account recovery – WordPress says I have no site

    Hi everyone, I forgot my password and reset it several times. Every time I log in however, wordpress says I have no site. https://kalaspoetryblog.wordpress.com/

    I have no additional info to provide proof of ownership and I would really want to recover my account. Can you help, please?

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see kalaspoetryblog.wordpress.com as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@christalassel) to contact us here.

    We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

    This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns kalaspoetryblog.wordpress.com.
