Account Refund
-
Hi! So when I first decided to create a blog a few weeks ago I registered an account “lifebabes.com” but refunded and canceled it within 24 hours to go with “Thelifebabes.com” …it just sounded better. Anyway, I was getting rid of the gmail too and didn’t realize there would be an email confirmation I had to click to cancel it…so I finally found that and did but I haven’t been refunded yet and I want to make sure that happens. Thanks =)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Dashboard > Store > Billing History
http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there,
Since you registered a completely different account for lifebabes.com, that domain (and payment) are linked to that other account.
Can you please log in to that account and then contact us about that refund, or email us at [email protected] from the email address you used for that account? That way we can confirm you’re the account owner and then we can discuss the details about that domain and payment directly. :) Thanks!
