  Hi,

  I canceled my account in time to get a full refund but have not yet received the refund and I have been charged. When will I be refunded?

  I see the refund was processed on January 18th. It can take up to ten business days to reach your account.

  It may be helpful to get in touch with your bank and ask how the refund will display on your statement as this varies.
