    I took auto payments/renewal off a while back but have just been bill for $296. I would like this returned to me asap

    For what upgrade, and on which site is this?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
