Account refund has yet to be credited to account

It has been over 10 business days and my refund has yet to be credited to my account. I had a personal website but I refunded it.

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. You can find the receipt for the refund here:
