  Hello – I received an email that my WordPress account was renewed – however, I would like to stop my services and ask for a refund as I am not using this site. reference: WordPress.com Receipt #41100635

  Are you able to assist with this?

  Hi @missmelnoel, we surely can help but we will need the request to come from the correct account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not?
