I just got charged $788 for renewal of my domain. I wish to cancel it. Is there a way to get my money back?

Hi @apothecaryshoppecb, that sounds like more than a domain renewal. I don’t see any upgrades on this account, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

I changed the password on my account and email. Do I have to change it back to the original email and password?

If you updated your login credentials, you shouldn’t have to change them back in order to gain access to your billing information. The charges just aren’t associated with the account you are contacting us from. I’m curious to the URL of the site that these charges are associated with – can you provide the site URL? Also, do you know exactly what the charges were for?
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
