Account renewal

I can see my webpage if I type the address into a browser. However, emails from that page to the link account aren’t going through. I’m afraid I may not have renewed the subscription to the site. Nothing is showing under purchases in my account. Is there a way to reactivate?

Both the domain (expires 9/24) and the Gsuite subscription for your emails (expires 10/24) are not expired, so that should not be the reason for the issue you are facing.
However, the account you are currently contacting us from is not the account that owns those subscriptions, so you will not see them under purchases. You will need to log into the right WordPress.com account to see the subscriptions.
