    Hello,

    My annual subscription was recently autobilled on Nov 27, which was 1 month before I expected – I strongly disagree with your policy of charging a whole month before when I bought it last year.. I have since cancelled my subscription, as I intended to – is there anyway to get a refund?

    It looks like the charge is past the refund window, so a refund would not be possible. If you wish I can restore the plan for you, and switch off auto-renewal so that you can make use of the term?
