I opened my account in May of 2013 and paid for a year. Now you said you were going to renew my account in April of 2014. That is only 11 months. I paid for an upgrade for my renewal, and now you say it will be renewed in FEBRUARY of next year. So, I have paid for two years and will only be receiving 22 months. Why is that??? I am not pleased. The renewal/upgrade I just paid for should begin in May of 2014 and be valid into May of 2015. Please confirm this is what will happen.

Hi there, when you sign up for auto-renewal, your credit card is charged a month in advance of your expiration date. This way, if there is a problem with your account information or credit card, there’s plenty of time for the user to fix the issue. We do this to protect your domain from expiring.
I checked out your account. Your Domain Registration, Mapping, and Privacy has an expiration date of 5/10/2015.
If you ever have questions about your account, your upgrades, or your expiration dates, you can go to Store → My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
