Hi,
I see that the pro subscription is not available. We are a volunteer staffed charity raising fund for our school. Last year the licence was $120 (including a $60 discount), this year to get plugin functionality and be able to export data to excel to help with the admin we are being sold the business licence which adds up to $360 (including $60 of VAT). That is a huge increase which really eats into any funds we are able to raise via website. Is there any room for a discount at all? The domain lapsed in June during the handover of the old PTA and new PTA.

A legacy plan stays a legacy plan when you renew in time. However as you let the Pro Plan expire, your subscription was considered to be a new one and that’s why you could only choose from our current plans.

Hey there @espspta, I was hoping to get a look at how you had things set up before to see if we could offer alternatives, but I wasn’t able to see the site; it’s been expired a bit too long. Can you share more about which plugins you were using and what features you need?
As @staartmees mentioned, we don’t offer the Pro plan anymore, but we do have several ways to raise funds without the Business Plan. Several of these are new options since you bought Pro:
- You can accept donations using a donations form
- Have a members-only newsletter or paywall
- If you have a plan set up for auto renew, you can ask visitors for a gift renewal
- Also, it sounds like you were using forms and CSV exports. Our forms are highly customizable now, and you can export the results as CSV without upgrade from the Feedback page.
I recommend Premium or Personal to remove ads, add a domain, and for better payment processing rates. Both of those cost less than Pro did. Would those features work for you?
