Account renewed Aug 2 but I want refund/cancellation

    How do I get a refund and cancel my account which renewed without notice on Aug 2nd?

    Hi there,

    I’ve cancelled your plan and processed a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    We emailed you to warn about the upcoming renewal on 4 July, and we emailed you a receipt after the renewal was processed on 3 August.

    If you didn’t receive those emails, your email provider might have sent them to spam, or they may have been caught in an automated filter in your email account.
