Hi,
I forgot my password to my account, and even if I’m typing my username, I’m not getting any ‘reset pasword’ mail??
Can I contact wordpress in anyway by email or phone?

I have access to my emails, but wordpress says that my e-mail doesent exsist. My username is: Mathilde and I tried to reset, and account restere, but I dont have any of the 3 needed things to restore :(.

What is the email address that is connected to that account? I just want to confirm that what is in the system is the same as the one you provide. No worries about sharing email here in the forums, it will be redacted for everyone but staff.

The email you provided is not connected to the username Mathilde. What I can do is email the address on file in hopes that you receive it.

Thanks, I tried to reset, but i don’t receive an e-mail.
I don’t have the start up mail or anything.
I only Got: (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) but they’re not set up with creajunkie.
What can I send you? The app Used to work, but It doesn’t work either :(I receive the orders on (email visible only to moderators and staff) from wordpress.
Can I send you a screen print?
