Account restoration

  Hello, I closed my account just under a month ago, and I have a file that was sent to me once I closed it, but I would like to reactivate it. What is the best way to do this?

  Hi! Please look for the account closure email, and reply to that directly asking them to restore the account for you. If it’s been less than 30 days since you closed the account, we’ll be able to help.

  Hello, and thanks for your help. Problem is, I do not have that closure email anymore, as it was sent to a business email address that has now been disabled. I no longer work for the company that this account was tied to, so the account closure email would have to be forwarded to my personal EMX address, and i no longer have it. Still possible to do this, or is it gone for good?

  We can only reverse an account closure if the request comes from the email address connected to the account, or if you can provide another form of verification of ownership, like a transaction ID for a recent upgrade payment on the site.
