Account Restore Issue
-
First of all, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your incredible support in helping me restore my accidentally deleted blog. Your prompt assistance has been invaluable to me, and I’m thrilled to report that I can now access my blog once again. [Previous support link]
However, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that persists: despite the successful restoration of the blog, my partner, who inadvertently deleted her account, is still unable to access her account (monishamohonto652) or reset her password. Every attempt results in the message:
“Account Deleted! Maybe you have renamed your account. If you believe your account is deleted in error, try our account recovery form, and we’ll do our best to get you running again.“
We submitted the recovery form a few days ago but haven’t received any updates yet. Could you please assist us with this matter ?
Once again, thank you immensely for your unwavering support and assistance. It means a lot to us.
Note: Due to any unknown reason, I was unable to respond to the previous support communication. So I have to create this new support.

Hi there,
I checked and see that your friend has submitted several tickets regarding their issue. We’ll be sure to have a staff member respond to her ASAP. She is also free to reach out to us here in the forums and add themodlooktag, but a staff member should be with her shortly. Thanks! -
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Unfortunately, my friend’s WordPress account is currently inaccessible, rendering her unable to respond directly on the forum Once her account is accessible, she will be able to join the discussion here(As it require to login). We sincerely appreciate your kind support and are eagerly anticipating the resolution of this issue.
We remain optimistic that a staff member will promptly address her concerns and take the necessary steps to reactivate her account.
