    I am trying to purchase my domain name, the site is telling me my purchase is disabled, I need to contact the support team. Please kindly remove the restriction on my account to enable me purchase my domain name

    On WordPress.com, when you see “Purchases are disabled, contact support”, it usually means one of these:

    1. Account verification issue – WordPress.com sometimes blocks purchases until billing info, email, or ID verification is complete.
    2. Regional or payment restriction – Some countries or payment methods are restricted, so you’ll need to confirm with support.
    3. Account flag – If their system suspects unusual activity, they temporarily disable buying until reviewed.
