  I am unable to do the account recovery because I have too many questions and it isn’t recognizing my receipt when I paid for the PRO plan last may. Is there a way to chat with someone

  I paid for a pro account last year. I can’t access it. It says it is linked to another account, which I think is an old one of mine. I want to talk to a human about the problem. Is that a possibility anymore
