Account role

    I changed my email years ago. Since then, I have been unable to approve comments posted to my blog. I can edit my posts but it’s not good enough. It tells me that I do not have access and the message ‘User xxxxx Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested’ comes up. I wonder who else has access to my account. I am solely managing this account and have no access to the dashboard. I cannot change my current role to administrator myself. Could you please help?

    What is the URL of the site you are having problems with? I have tagged this post so that a staff member/moderator can take a look for you to see whats going on.

    Can you please clear your browser cookies, and then make sure you have third party cookies enabled in your browser before logging back in?

    You are an admin on the site, so you should be able to access the site’s dashboard. The only reason I can think of why you wouldn’t is if we’re not able to track your login between different pages, and that’s done by browser cookies.
