Account set up, activating account

    Hello, I just purchased a WP address for $30 a month and I cannot seem to login where I see it. I was sent the link to where to purchase the monthly subscription, I purchased it, and now my emails are telling me to login when I have not created a login. I then went to the website to make and create a login, I created it,And then I signed in. When I signed in I could not find the WP address that I just purchased. I am extremely confused and need help with this quickly. Thank you

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    Can you let us know what the URL is of the site or what specifically you purchased? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
