Account set up but no administrative rights

    Hi
    I have just opened a WordPress account and would like to select a theme and start blogging, however it doesnt appear that I am an administrator as I do not have the “Appearance” tab nor can I see anywhere a “Users” tab. Indeed I cannot make out anywhere what I am listed as. No-one else is using this account.

    Looks like you have an account but haven’t created a blog yet.

    You can add a blog by:

    1. Log into WordPress.com
    2. Go to http://en.wordpress.com/signup/ and fill out the form

    Then, your blog should appear under “My Blogs” on your admin tool bar (the gray bar across the page).
