Account settings change confirmation

I’ve just received an email (which is apparently) from WordPress titled ‘Account settings change confirmation’. It reads:
“Dear Valued WordPress.com Customer:
You are receiving this email because the Account Settings were modified for the following Customer Account:
[8-digit number]
There will be a brief period before this request takes effect.
If you are unable to log in to your account or if unauthorized changes have been made to domain names associated with the account, please contact our customer support team for assistance: (email visible only to moderators and staff).”
There is no mention of what the change is, and I haven’t made any changes to my account settings prior to this email.
Has anyone received similar emails? What are they about? I’m wondering if someone has somehow accessed the account and changed something.

Do nothing until Staff respond.
