Account settings won't save

  An account was set up using my person email address without my permission. I have tried to change the settings (name, website, etc) and the changes do not save. I want to delete this account so it is not associated with me in any way.

  This thread is tagged for Staff assistance. I believe Staff will contact you by email on this matter rather than addressing it here in the forums. Please subscribe to this thread so your are notified when they respond.

  P.S. If you type an email address into a thread in the conventional format here the software will redact it. You and I will not be able to see it nor will other members viewing forum threads but Staff can see it.
