    I can’t seem to get to my blog. I quit using Elegant Themes and have someone that is going to help me redo my website with a free theme. I need some answers about how to move forward.

    Do you know whether you’ll be hosting the site here with us? Our services include maintenance, security, and support for your site. You currently have a free copy of WordPress with another host, and I’m not sure how much WordPress support they provide. If you’re trying to import the site here so we can help take care of it for you, we can advise. If you want to run options past your web developer, this summary or this more in-depth article about the differences can help.

    I can’t seem to get to my blog.

    Normally I’d recommend using catyson.com/wp-admin to log in or reset your password, but it looks like maybe you’ve got an extra layer of security that’s blocking that. Your host/web helper can help you with one of these alternate ways to regain access if needed.
