Account status is wrong today

    My account should reflect that my site advancedimmersive.com
    has paid for 36 mon and doesn’t need to be upgraded.
    has paid for domain registration through 2022
    I’m hosted by Blue hosting ( I shouldn’t be prompted to pay for hosting)
    My dashboard no longer appears on my WP site page anymore.
    I was told that I’m with Wp. org but they have no record of this nor can i login.
    As of last week. I had no problem logging in or creating pages with seed prod until i went to publish the website then this major crash.
    I’m totally clueless.

    please help.

    Hi, the site you mentioned is indeed a free copy of WordPress at Bluehost. Have you tried logging in here? https://advancedimmersive.com/wp-admin

    You have another site at WordPress.com, though it doesn’t look like it’s been set up yet: https://advancedimmersive.wordpress.com/

    The two sites are hosted by different services: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Your hosting and domain payments should be through Bluehost right now. If you move the site to our service you would pay us instead.

    As for a crash, I’d recommend contacting Bluehost first to see if they can help. Then you might try contacting Seedprod, and if you still need help, try https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ — the forums for people who use free copies of WordPress at other hosts.
