Account still on Free Plan!?

I have purchased premium but my account still notes as free plan.
I try to get a refund because I am so frustrated from the lack of help on here, but when I go to manage my billing, it does not show any record of my purchase. -.-
My email shows I have paid for the premium, I can prove it
I have only access to the free blog site on wordpress, I have a domain of .com but I cannot edit it or access it! HELP ME!

Do not worry as Staff can help. When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads and I did that for you.
