Account Stolen

  After a long time I’ve tried to log in to my old wordpress account (aboutourism.wordpress.com) only to realise this has been hacked/stolen from someone else while my email address seem to be not valid anymore. Moreover I have found my photo/credentials linked with another wordpress account (visittrikala.wordpress.com) I have never been aware of/familiar with. Being an old wordpress user (2009) I was not able to retrieve payment history from past emails but I do have plenty of admin emails from previous years justifying my id. I am afraid that the authentication methods suggested in this website are not applicable anymore in my case therefore I am kindly asking for further guidelines helping me to retrieve my old account/website.

  We have not record of the ownership of https://aboutourism.wordpress.com/ ever changing, and the account’s email was last changed 6 years ago.

  Please send an email to passwordhelp (at) wordpress (dot) com explaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.

  As for https://visittrikala.wordpress.com/ that has existed under the account you’re currently logged in as since the account was openned 4 years ago.

  Perhaps you simply have more than one account here?
