  I did not realize or remember that this was to automatically renew. I would like to cancel my subscription but can’t seem to find the appropriate place to do so on the website. I have not used or logged into this account for close to a year. Is it possible to get a refund? Thank you for your help with this.

  Hi @lisawbri34, it looks like you might have another account. Your upgrades should show up here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  But I don’t see anything there under this username.

  Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.

  And you can use that to log in, then respond here.
