    I am having trouble viewing account information and payment information for my account.

    Hi there!

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    You need to log out of this account and into the account that owns the upgrades for the site – which is the other Administrator on the site.

    Is there a way you can see information on our other administration account. It was set up by my booster club which has since turned over. No one has the password and i am not getting the recovery email so do not know where the recovery email is going.

    I’m trying to get logged in because it looks like our card on file is inaccurate since we turn cards over for booster club members and I am wanting to correct it to make sure our account is not closed down.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
