Account suspended???

Hi, Am trying to assist my mother with her blog while she is traveling in Europe. She posted last week without any issue, but this week, her account is showing as ‘Account Suspended’. When I log in to her account, there is no sign of the website. Her website cannot be accessed (cathycoleman.co) and it just says it has been suspended. We are both baffled as to what could have happened, aside from WordPress being suspicious of connecting from different countries as she is travling in Europe. Can anyone help us look into what is going on with this account?

This is not a website on the wordpress.com platform, so we can’t help you. As very clearly stated on your suspended website, you must contact your hosting which seems to be GoDaddy.

Hi @ccoleman829, I’m seeing the site just fine right now, so hope everything is going well with that.
Just in case you did not know, the cathycoleman.co site is hosted at Godaddy, so you would need to contact them if there are problems with that site. For your convenience, here is a link that gives you the phone number and also a link to their live chat support.
