Account suspended

  I’m getting ‘this account has been suspended’ when I try to log into my website as wp-admin. The same message appears when I go to the site (i.e. just to view the site).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually, this site works. The one I can’t access is jackyandbotravels.com

  The site (and log in box) loads for me. But that site is hosted on BlueHost servers. You’ll need to approach them or https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
  if you still have issues with your site.

  Thank you, TMR. I checked using cell only on our iPhones, and access was fine. I checked our various computers and various browsers and no access (got the “suspended” msg). Since it worked okay with the phones, I connected to a phone (as a hot spot) and had no problem logging in. Obviously, WP doesn’t like my IP address! I’m heading off to tweak the router. Thanks again!

  Hi there,

  That Account Suspended message would be coming from Bluehost, so best to contact them directly about this.

  That isn’t a WordPress software issue, so the WordPress.org forums won’t be able to help in this case.
