Account Suspended?

  Hi there, I’ve recently been hired to manage a client’s website, and I believe the person who has been managing the site has done something malicious, causing the site to now say the account is suspended. Is there anything someone might be able to do to help me regain access to the site?

  Hi there,

  The site http://calvarychapelspringcreek.org/ appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

  Also, you may wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance.
  
  I checked, and it appears that the site is hosted with Inmotion hosting, so I would contact them: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/
  
  Since they host the site, they should have access to it and should be able to assist you with the site suspension.
