Account suspended

    Hello,
    I can’t access my website anymore and my account is suspended.
    I don’t know what is the problem, I already contacted OVH and there is no payment problem or anything.
    I think it might be an update of the theme but I can’t access at all the site administration, it’s suspended.
    What can I do ?

    Hi there!

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise because we don’t have any special access to your site. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    Your host OVH is the one that you need to get help from to fix this problem. Since they’re your site’s host, they also have access to your WordPress install and hosting environment and are the ones who can get your site back online. That “account suspended” message could be from your site using too much bandwidth, or something else server-related, and OVH is the only one who can fix the issue.
