account suspended

  Our account has been suspended and I know very little about websites. I have tried to email wordpress.com but am unable to because I do not have the correct login information. The person at our organization who created all this lost all her emails when her computer crashed. I think we just need tomato a payment but I can’t login to do that. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
