  Hi it says my account has been suspended – to contact hosting site.
  When i try to access my site (www.thrivehealthclinic.org) – it says i do not have a website. What’s happening? thank you

  That domain is not registered or hosted with us. It looks like you bought that domain through GoDaddy, and the site is hosted with IP-Asia.com, so you’ll need to contact one of those companies for help with this.
