  The only way to solve the problem with a suspended website is using the contact form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/

  http://beyondelitetest.wordpress.com/ is up and running. However if you have another WordPressdotcom site that has been suspended please contact the Terms of Service team using the firm that staartmees linked to.
