Account suspended

    When I try to submit a query why is my account suspended it asks me to enter my URL. When I do it fails and tells me i have not submitted URL. But I have. What should I do next to find out why I have been suspended?

    I can’t see any issues with the account you are contacting us from. What is the username of the account you are trying to submit a query for? And can you send a link to where you are trying to submit your question?

    Thanks for your reply. My username is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    I don’t understand why you cant see any issues with my account – it has been suspended
    Sorry dont know where i am trying to submit my question. I am stumbling around in the dark.

  • Thanks for sharing the site URL. That’s super helpful. As it turns out sickbaydays.com is not a WordPress.com site. Instead, it is likely using the WordPress installation. These are 2 different versions of WordPress.
