Account suspended, cannot log in – help

  Hi guys,

  My account is suspended and I cannot log in. The domain itself is suspended but i can’t get a reactivation link because WordPress is saying my username does not exist when I try to log on. Yet my standing order for the WordPress service is still active and money gone out my account. What do I do?

  Thanks.
  (I had to create a new account to ask, even though I have a paid WordPress user account as shared above I CANNOT logon.)

  Please help!
