Account suspended I didn’t verify fast enough
-
Need access to my domain that I paid for
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
-
We have no history of domains, sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re referring to?
-
Wickedboardcharcuterie.com
I think I may have created this second account when trying to log in again.
-
Hi! So, the domain itself is suspended because the WHOIS contact information wasn’t verified (required by ICANN). We’ve just sent that email again. Can you watch for that and click the link?
-
Thank you! I was able to confirm the link but now I am not able to add it to my account. Does the process take bit?
I registered the name on my page but it still gives me a “not valid domaine” response under the “Use a domain I own.”Thank you so much for your help

wickedboardcharcuterie.com is already connected to a WordPress.com site.
And I know that I did purchase it. So have I inadvertently created two accounts?
-
Hi there,
Yes that seems to be the case. I do not see any upgrades under your @wickedboard207 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that wickedboardcharcuterie.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your wickedboard207 login.
If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your domain purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account you will be able to manage your domain as expected, thanks!
