Account suspended out of nowhere, and now I can’t export my site

    I was working on my website, preparing it to be published, and out of nowhere I was unable to upload media, save the page I was working on, and my account was ‘suspended,’ it says for violating the terms of service. I can’t fathom anywhere I violated any rule, and have already put in a dispute over that. I would like to however export my site in it’s current state, just so I don’t lose the hours of work I’ve put into it already, but it is saying it can’t connect…. What is going on here???
