Account suspended, what about my domain

  Dear members,
  Greetings

  I have already read many thread but find no answer which can satisfy me, I recently had a wordpress.com account which got suspended due to some reason, (I don’t care about blog), but I purchased a domain through it, after trying many times I successfully redirected that domain name to my new hosting website, but I am changing my hosting service now so i have to update my dns to my domain, can anybody tell me how can I do it now because I can’t even log into my account right now.

  last username: thebloggertutorial
  domain purchased: http://thebloggertutorial.com

  please help me, I want to redirect this domain to my new hosting at hostgator.

  please tell me what to do………

  Only WordPress.com staff can do it. Mail them at support[at]wordpress.com or, contact them at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  thankx for a quick reply gaurav……. it’s a third party who delivers domain names to wordpress, do you know the link to it……..

  they said the support is closed

  Support is closed while the company meets up and works together for the next week. We will be back on October 29th.

  You need to work through WordPress.COM staff for the registration – a whois will show the Registrar as Automattic – that is WordPress.COM

  thankyou soooo much tess…… I am changing my hosting service, If they can change the dns then I will start transferring my forum to hostgator…….

  @blog1233216 You should now be able to log in with the old username and access your domain administration tools. Let me know if you run into problems.
