Account Suspended with invalid/unknown hosting provider

    Hello – I recently started at Alpine and now own alpineplaybook.com. When logging in, I received a page that states ‘Account Suspended’ contact the hosting provider for information. Upon emailing the hosting provider ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) I received a kickback email, so I am now unable to tell what the issue is related to.

    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    alpineplaybook.com is a site hosted with GoDaddy and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    They’re very similar, but two separate things.
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
