Account tariff problems

Hi
I am for one month a ‘Premium member’ of WordPress but never had the chance to use my account. First, I had big problems with the activation link, which I never received. After two weeks of correspondence with the support, they send me the link again. The first 3 mails were not answered for several days so I decided to accitvate the paypal buyer protection. After closing the problem with the activation link, I canceled the Paypal buyer protection – so the money is still at wordpress. The problem is, that from this time on the account is ‘free’ and not ‘premium’. Then I got the informatin that I have to pay 20 Euro ‘processing fee’. Also this payment I made but, the account is still ‘free’. Again I wrote E-Mails to the support, but nobody is answering. Does anyone hae any idea what I should do now?

I’ve restored your premium plan to the account. Now when you go to get help via wordpress.com/help/contact/ you’ll be routed to live chat or email support rather than the public forums.
The upgrade is also available to you at any time via the purchases page at wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and your billing history at /me/billing/
