  The account was paid for by my boss and created by an ex employee. I need to remove them from the site

  Hi kaylagoodrich,

  I see you mentioned goodrich.co.za in another message. This site was created using WordPress.org software and is hosted by Hetzner rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The information @samparkerdev linked to only applies to sites hosted on WordPress.com. I recommend contacting your host or domain provider if you need help transferring ownership of those purchases to someone else.

  The WordPress.org support forums are also a great resource for self hosted sites so you could post there for advice.
