  Hi,

  I just registered to the pro account trial period, only to find out 5 minutes later I can not install plugins, which makes it difficult to use the wordpress.com platform. I wishi to stop my pro trial and not to be billed as I will now find a hosted site to install the wordpress.org platform.

  I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel my upgrade. Can you help me?

  Sure thing! I went ahead and cancelled your Premium package trial. It is already out of your account and you won’t be charged for anything.
