  Hi,

  Im so sorry but when i was purchasing my account today I meant to pay for personal but paid for premium instead. I was wondering if it were possible to downgrade and get a refund for the yearly premium payment. I’m so sorry I know it’s a big ask but please, if you could help that would mean a lot.
