Account unintentionally renewed

Hi our account was unintentionally renewed this year after a former employee left it open without my knowledge. Can you please cancel our account and refund the July charge?

Our refund policy is a full refund for yearly plans if cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Additionally, domains need to be cancelled within 4 days of purchase or renewal. Unfortunately, you’re outside that refund window, so we’re unable to process any refunds. We did send email notifications to the email address on file for your account starting one month before the renewal to inform you that the renewal was upcoming.

Thanks for getting back to me. This is an exceptional case. A former employee set up this account and turned on auto renew without letting me know. I was totally unaware the account was set up for auto renewal, did not approve it, and did not approve this business expense. I did not regain access to this account until yesterday. Could you please issue a refund given the circumstance?
