  Hi there, all of my website are down. I can’t access even my dashboard.
  Can you please help me rapidly with this? My client website is down and back to their old website.

  I can access the website in itself, but I can’t access the dashboard or the admin
  It keeps loading. It’s unfortunate that I can’t send you a screen shot.

  Many thanks for that information.

  Ok, are you able to tell me the browser in use along with any browser extensions that are in place please? (in particular, any ad blockers that may be in place).

  Can you also confirm if clearing the browser cache clears the issue please?

  I am using Google Chrome and I don’t have ad blocker (I work in digital media so that wouldn’t be good for my job! haha!).

  Yes, clearing the cache did solve the problem.

  However, the Evripos website is still pointing on that old website where it was fine before. Can you guide me with this?

  That one is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
